This project is to redesign Malaysia Milk Sdn Bhd current website (www.mmsb.com.my) with a new concept that reflects the company's brand image, its website purpose and target audience. The purpose of re-design it is to improved the usability, visual of the website to attract more users to surf the website. This could help the company to increase their amount of products selling and reputation of the brand or company. For your information, MMSB sells all kinds of dairy products from Cultured Milk, UHT Recombined Milk, Yogurt, Yogurt Drink, Pasteurized Milk, Sweetened Creamer, Isotonic Drinks, Pasteurised Fruit Juice Drinks, UHT Drinks In Tetra Pak, Vitaminised Drinks to Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk. Vitagen and Marigold are their famous best selling products.
:: Current Site's Analysis Goals ::
The current site of MMSB had provided the informations of the products, company profiles, news and contact service. The main purpose of the website is to showcase its product and build publicity, how ever the website is not interesting at all for the viewers to browse. The design is too boring and the layout is not well plan. The main problem i notice is the usage of colour, the red and yellow are too strong and striking which will cause eye-sore to the audience. Another problem I found is the arrangement of the content and text, size of the margin, it is quite messy. Some text and pictures were being squeeze together to fit into a space, this is hard for users to read and digest. Plus, there are too many annoying flash and banners that will distract the audience. Overall, my first impression of the website is quite 'cheap'. Therefore, i will try my best to redesign the website into a more comfortable and sleek looking new website.

Malaysia Milk Sendirian Berhad was incorporated in 1969. Their main task then was to distribute the range of quality products manufactured by their Singapore counterpart, Malaysia Dairy Industries Pte Ltd.In 1977, They began their own manufacturing operations on prime industrial land in Petaling Jaya.
VITAGEN was the first in their range of innovative products to be manufactured. Since then the Company has grown from strength to strength… adding on a number of successful products such as MARIGOLD HL MILK, MARIGOLD PEEL FRESH, MARIGOLD CUP YOGURT, MARIGOLD YOGURT DRINK, MARIGOLD UHT ASIAN DRINK, MARIGOLD UHT FRUIT DRINK, MARIGOLD 100% JUICE, MARIGOLD JELLY, MARIGOLD UHT MILK, MARIGOLD SWEETENED CONDENSED FILLED MILK, MARIGOLD SWEETENED CREAMER and MARIGOLD EVAPORATED MILK.

For Long-term goals, customers to continue to support and communicate with the company. Building confidence and trust from the customers. They should also frequently update audience about events, promotion or new products informations to make sure audience will be back to the website to check it. I realize that they does not maintain their website well, moreover the pictures of the products they are using are not appealing enough to attract the audience, which defeat the purpose of the website.
As for Short-term goals, they can set their website theme according to different festivals and happenings to show that they are concern towards different races and cultures of their audience. Besides, they should have featured product (monthly promotion) to increase the business value and also update recipe of making desserts or dishes using their product which will make the audience come back. Also, organize more contest for people to join and at the same time increase their publicity.
:: Target Audience ::
Their target audience could be anyone, a wide range from kids to elderly because almost everyone take dairy products. Besides, the dairy products are nutritious, therefore audiences which are health conscious would also buy their products for themselves and also their family for a healthy lifestyle. Housewife or teenagers that love desserts or cooking would also visit their website for their delicious recipes.
