Today was my last fitness training session @ gym, Rocky (my personal trainer ) asked if i wanna try kickboxing for today's session, woohoo!
OF COURSE i want !! yayyay =D
get my self prepared, he helped me to bandage my hand to prevent injury, wore the bulky boxing gloves ( it was heavier than i've expected! ) then i began with some basic techniques, it was hilarious cuz of my serious disorder XD
After countless repetitions, im manage to catch up finally! and things get uncontrollable, i started to BOX like a mad person =\ LOL ! im so concentrate till i almost hit my trainer mwahahhaaa!
I had so much fun and i felt so relief after that :) this is a really good exercise to release tension and stress~
immediately i signed up for another 4 sessions of kick boxing !
cant wait for the next session!! weeeeeeeeee ~
